Geneva Spicer Frazier, 68, of Brickyard Road, Pembroke, departed this life Tuesday morning, December 10, at her home in the loving care of her family and Carilion Hospice. Born in Narrows on September 1, 1945 she was a daughter of the late Cover and Ethal Mae Whittaker Spicer. She was retired from Pulaski Furniture and was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Roy Spicer, and her sister Eula Mae Christian.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Jerry D. Frazier; her daughters Pamela Darlene Spicer of Blacksburg, Glenda Boothe of Rich Creek; Robin Thorne of Radford, and Lisa Vaught and her husband Michael of Pembroke; her grandchildren Cody and Lyndsey Vaught, Brandon Spicer, Alysia Clemons, Andrea Rowe, Casey and Nick Thorne; her six great-grandchildren; her brother Howard E. Spicer of Narrows; and her sister Mary Lou Belcher of Rocky Gap.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2:00 pm in the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St., Pembroke with burial following in Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 until 2:00 pm before the services. The Kendall Funeral Home in Pembroke is in charge of the arrangements.
